If the products ordered do not arrive in excellent condition or are not to your liking, please contact us to arrange return and refund, credit, or exchange.

Errors in order processing (ex. incorrect item shipped, out of stock items/partial order fulfillment) in which The Website Owner is at fault will be refunded or credited in full, at the customer's discretion
Items that do not meet customer satisfaction will be returned minus the total costs for shipping the order and 3% of the order total for credit card processing fees
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition, and may not be returned without prior authorization. Sales of custom built items, ammunition and special order items are final. Items which have been used and are no longer in like new condition may require a restocking fee. Please email to arrange this prior to returning items, as unauthorized returns will be marked "return to sender".
